Steve was instrumental in helping my wife and I sell our home in Fullerton. He was super patient as he walked us through the selling process. He used a treasure trove of information to help us understand where the market was at, which enabled us to list our home at a price that was aggressive, yet still enabled us to receive three offers (two at full price) within a week. In every part of the decision making process we always trusted that Steve had our best interests at heart. He also never chastised us when we made a late night call (honestly, there were a few) because something unknown came up. He took our calls, listened patiently, and didn't hang up until all of our fears were abated. He must have put quite a few miles on his car, because he always met us at locations that were convenient, as my wife and I are both working adults. John was amazing to work with. He and his team were very professional. We were buying our first home and John really paid attention to exactly what we were looking for. There were multiple offers on the home we really wanted and John was able to get our offer accepted above all the rest. From beginning to end he kept us informed and really made the entire buying experience feel pretty easy. I would highly recommend him.

We were so fortunate to have Steve as our Realtor. He has sold numerous homes within our community so he was my first point of contact when searching for a Realtor to sell our home. There aren't enough positive things to say about having Steve as my real estate agent. I was going through the most difficult time in my life and he went above and beyond every step of the way from getting my house ready for sale and the actual sale. My house not only sold the first open house weekend but he negotiated through the bidding war and I got above my asking price. The sale closed quickly with absolutely no hassle even though I was not available to be on-site through 99% of the process.
